Who is Gary Dennis?

Meet Gary Dennis, the proud founder of "Scale or Exit Partners." For two decades, he's been deeply involved in the HVAC and plumbing industry, a passion passed down through three generations of his family. This heritage drives his commitment to ensuring HVAC and plumbing businesses reach their true value.

Gary is a graduate of Texas A&M and earned his Master's in Business from the University of Houston. He's not just an academic; he's also an author. His book on business growth strategies became an Amazon Bestseller.

His expertise spans from assisting major Fortune 100 companies to guiding smaller HVAC enterprises. Currently, he leads a mastermind group comprising many successful HVAC companies, helping them with their selling endeavors.

Outside of work, Gary is a dedicated family man, spending quality time with his wife and three daughters. When he's not with his family or working, he's either engrossed in a business book or practicing jiu-jitsu.

Frequently Asked Questions

 What is the daily schedule for the challenge?

The challenge takes place over 7 total days. We have calls every weekday with a special bonus Q&A call. Each call takes place at 11 am PT/2 pm ET. Here is what the schedule will look like: 
  • Thursday – Day 1 call
  • ​Friday – Day 2 call
  • ​Saturday – OFF
  • ​Sunday – OFF
  • ​Monday – Day 3 call
  • ​Tuesday – Day 4 call
  • ​Wednesday – Day 5 call

 How much time will it take each day?

Each call takes approximately 75 minutes. There will also be suggested daily homework that should take no longer than 1 hour to complete (some only take 5-10 minutes). So throughout the challenge, expect a 2-3 hour time investment per day. 

 Do these strategies work internationally

Yes! These strategies don’t leverage traditional bank financing and don’t need high credit scores so they apply everywhere. We have used these exact strategies to acquire companies all over the globe including as far away as Pakistan. So no matter where you are, these acquisition strategies are for you!

 How do I access the content?

Everything takes place inside of a private Facebook group. You will get access to the group as soon as you purchase. In the group we will host the live daily calls, upload the recordings, and post the workbooks/slides. Also, this is a great way to network with fellow challengers and help each other along the way! 

 How long do I have access?

For as long as Facebook has groups 🙂 You have unlimited access to the group. Once the Challenge is over we will remove all recordings and content from the group but you will still have full access to communicate and connect with other active members.
